
I have had 8 responses to this question, 6 people (75%) have said that they enjoy exercising and 2 people (25%) have said they don’t like exercising. For the people who don’t like exercising their barriers could be lack of facilities, they might of been to some places that don’t have many facilities therefore they have found it boring so have decided to stop exercising, to get them exercising again they could find a club that has different activities going on each week so that they don’t get bored of it, or they could go to a gym and change what they do each time they go so that they continue to go. They could also join a club such a football club so they make friends which will make it more enjoyable for them.
